Walpole Scholarship Foundation Application
Instructions for students in 5th yr of HS (PG yr) Be sure to read all instructions carefully and begin the application process early. 2 COPIES OF THE APPLICATION AND ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED Students currently in a 5th year of high school or post-graduate year (PG year) and entering college (post-secondary program) in fall 2010 are eligible to apply. Students will be evaluated along with the rest of the high school graduates and must submit all high school transcripts. Students entering a 5th year of high school or post-graduate year (PG year) are not eligible for a Walpole Scholarship Foundation award. Semi-finalists will be interviewed in early May. If selected you will be notified of the specific day and time at the email address supplied by you in the application.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS: Saturday, February 25, 2012, 1:00 p.m.
Applications postmarked or hand-delivered after this time will not be accepted. Complete applications and all required materials must be delivered, in one envelope, by mail or in person to: Walpole Scholarship Foundation
